I live in Portland, Oregon with my wife/partner, Jeana, and my children, Eleanor and Desmond. My pronouns are he/him.

I enjoy writing, speaking and participating in collective intelligence whenever I can. Collaboration is my happy place. My turntables are a close second.

A regular speaker at events, conferences, for organizations and community events, I’m available for speaking, advising and consulting opportunities for needs involving improving employee engagement, operating as a B Corp, improving culture, transforming diversity, equity and inclusion, and improving productivity (and the bottom line) by changing your approach to the care and support of your staff.
